Painter $14-$16 Pay/Hr Someone who is skilled in all aspects of preparation and does not require quality assurance. This individual has raised their prep speed and has excellent brush technique. Spraying – this person is still studying or hasn't done any spraying yet. To advance to the next level, you must have good quality, a positive mindset, and be open to feedback and constructive criticism. |
Journeyman 1 $17-$19 Pay/Hr All of the above talents are required, as well as a solid spray technique. Also is familiar with job scopes and can assist in keeping the project on track. Provides a positive impression of the company. All safety requirements are understood and followed. In terms of speed and experience, Has executed a lift. Journeyman 2 $19-$22 Pay/Hr All of the above talents are required, plus the ability to be called upon as a backup to manage a job or a division of the same project.
